Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Data privacy information for reporting adverse events and product quality defects
If 4SC AG receives information relating to adverse events or product quality defects of drugs tested by 4SC AG in clinical trials, such information (including personal data) will be stored and processed in local systems for the purpose of complying with statutory reporting obligations and ensuring full resolution and examination of any adverse events and product defects. In global systems, your data will be stored in anonymized or pseudonymized form. This does not legally require consent.
2. Specific matters in connection with the use of digital services

3. Specific information regarding the application process
The controller (4SC AG, Fraunhoferstr.22, 82152 Planegg-Martinsried) collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of managing the application process in accordance with Art. 6 (1) b (if applicable, letter f) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Article 26 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (new version).
Personal data will not be processed above or beyond this purpose unless you consent to such processing.
If the controller enters into an employment contract with an applicant, the data transmitted will be processed further for the purpose of managing the employment relationship in compliance with statutory provisions.
If the controller does not enter into an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents shall be automatically erased four months after the applicant has been notified of the decision that he will not be hired – provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller prevent erasure.
Other legitimate interests in this sense include, but are not limited to, the obligation to prove a fact in a procedure according to the Federal General Law on Equal Treatment.
You also have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller during the application process:
the right to access, rectification, erasure, blocking, data portability, and the right to restriction of processing. You also have the right to receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. And you have the right to withdraw consent and the right to object to processing.
The right to object to processing must be exercised vis-à-vis the controller. In this case, your application can no longer be considered for the application process.
