Corporate Governance

Corporate governance comprises the entire system of responsible management and control of a company aimed at the sustainable creation of value. Good, transparent corporate governance is a top priority for 4SC. The company is committed to the German Corporate Governance Code with respect to its goals, values and processes.

4SC complies with most of the recommendations and suggestions contained in the German Corporate Governance Code. After careful consideration, the Company decided in a few cases only not to adhere to the Code. The specific deviations from the Code are outlined and justified in the declaration of compliance given by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.
